Will answered the phone first time- said he would call back and did a short time later. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite and had our problem fixed within half an hour with no fuss. He explained what the problem was and gave us sound and useful advice. I was able to pay by bank transfer and it was very reasonable - no trying to rip us off. Would recommend and use again. Lovely chap.
